We had annual passes that expired this past April. We recently purchased tickets to MNSSHP. Do you know if these tickets will automatically link to our old magic bands? I can see the reservations on My Disney Experience.

Boo to you, Carla! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

We're headed to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in just a few days, too! I haven't been in years, and it will be my son's first-ever visit to the spooky spectacle. I can't wait to see the Headless Horseman gallop through the Magic Kingdom to start Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade. Spoooooky!

We bought our tickets online a few weeks ago, and picked them up the last time we were in the Theme Park. I was also wondering if, as Florida Resident Passholders, our party tickets would be linked to our MagicBands. The Cast Member who helped us told us that they would indeed link to our bands. The fact that your Annual Passes have expired shouldn't make any difference. Any active MagicBands you have should automatically link to any valid tickets you purchase, whether regular Park tickets or a special event like Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

If you've received your party ticket admission cards in the mail, I'd bring them along just in case. If you elected to pick them up at the Theme Park, you'll still have that option as a backup if there are any problems with your MagicBands. But I think you'll be just fine.

I hope you have a hauntingly good time at the party, Carla. Stop by and see us again anytime you have more questions. We love to help!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
