Greetings Andrew!
A very warm welcome to
planDisney! Thanks for stopping by!
I think we’ve all been holding out hope that our beloved
Disneyland Resort will return sooner rather than later! As we patiently await the news of plans for re-opening “The Happiest Place on Earth!” Annual Passholders may be wondering what options are available.
The good news is the Disneyland Resort is offering a couple of options for Annual Passholders during this unprecedented time. Passholders on the monthly payment plan had their payments automatically suspended, starting from March 14, 2020. The default option for Passholders on monthly payments is to have payments resume when the theme parks reopen, keeping the original expiration date of the Annual Passports. As an alternative option, monthly payment plan Guests may call to have Annual Passport payments paused and then resume when the theme park reopens. Annual Passport expiration dates would be adjusted accordingly.
Passholders who have paid in full will automatically have their expiration date extended by the number of days the parks are closed. As an alternative, paid-in-full Passholders may request a partial refund corresponding to the number of days their Passports would have been active during the closure.
To arrange for any of these options, please contact Annual Passport Services at (714) 781-PASS (714-781-7277). A Cast member there would be happy to assist you further.
If you think of any more questions, please don’t hesitate to bring them to us here at planDisney!
