My annual pass was supposed to expire October 14th 2020 and it’s gone from my app. I thought the pass would be extended when the parks open, but it’s disappeared.

    Hiya Megan!

Welcome to planDisney! I’m so happy you brought your question our way! I love helping fellow Annual Passholders with their Disneyland Resort questions!

The Disneyland Resort is offering a couple of options for Annual Passholders during the theme park closures. If you were on a monthly payment plan, then your monthly payments were paused beginning on March 14, 2020. You had the option to call Annual Passport Services at (714) 781-PASS (714-781-7277) to have your Annual Passport payments resume when the theme parks reopen. If you decide to opt-in to this option, your Annual Passport expiration date will be adjusted accordingly. If you are on a monthly plan and you did not arrange to have your payments resume with theme park reopening, your Annual Passport expires on the usual expiration date.

If you paid for your Annual Passport in full, your expiration date will be extended. Don't be alarmed if your Annual Passport disappears from your Disneyland App. After a Passport has reached its expiration date, it is automatically removed. But, once the theme park reopening date is announced and your new expiration date is determined, you should see the Passport reappear on your account. If it does not automatically show up, simply add it back to your account using the number below the barcode on the back of your Annual Passport card.

I’m keeping my fingers crossed that we’ll all be back in the parks very soon! In the meantime, if you think of any more questions, please bring them our way!
