I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble seeing your Disney Vacation Club Digital
Member Card in your Apple Wallet on your new phone. It sounds like Stitch got a little out of control again - I'll have Mickey talk to him. What we can do is walk you through the process of trying to download it again. Here's how to do that:
To set up the digital card, open the
My Disney Experience app on your phone and tap the “☰” icon. Scroll to “Set Up MagicMobile Entry” and select “Set Up Your Pass.” This will create a pass that includes your membership details. You can customise the look of your card, including a Disney Vacation Club-exclusive design, and then add it to your phone’s wallet. Once set up, your Digital Membership Card will be easily accessible anytime in your wallet.
If you go through these steps and still have trouble accessing it, you can call
Member Services to see if they can help you. Alternatively, you can stop by Guest Services when you arrive at Walt Disney World, and they may be able to help you. Once in a while, it takes the magic of a Fairy Godparent at Guest Services to reset it. But, I am hopeful that by walking through the steps above, you should be able to see it in your wallet again.
When you want to show your Digital Member Card for eligible discounts at merchandise and dining locations, you will select your card in your Apple Wallet. There is a little "i" in the top right corner. When you click on this, it will show the Cast Member the code if you are eligible for the discounts. If you need any help, Cast Members can assist you.
