Hi Cissy,
Thank you for taking the time to stop by planDisney with your question.
As a fellow former Annual Passholder, I am very saddened by the sunsetting of the beloved Annual Passport program. It truly helped create priceless memories for my family, which we will cherish fondly!
In regard to your pro rata refund, Cissy, rest assured that Disneyland Resort is processing as quickly and as diligently as possible. Your form of refund depends on how you paid for your
Annual Passport. If you paid in full on a credit card, or if your Passport is purchased through the monthly payment plan, any pro rata refunds will be issued to the current credit card on file with Disney.
If you did not pay with your Annual Passport with a credit card, your pro rata refund will be issued by check and mailed to your billing address provided at the time of sale or renewal of your Passport purchase.
Cissy, while the Disneyland Resort theme parks and hotels remain closed, Downtown Disney District is currently open and extended to include Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure Park and the
Disneyland Resort Backlot Premier Shop. Many retail locations are available, and food and beverages can be purchased to-go at certain establishments.
As a benefit of your Annual Passport, Cissy, you will continue to receive applicable discounts (depending on your Passport type) on merchandise and food & beverage at select
Downtown Disney District and
Buena Vista Street establishments, until new membership offerings are announced. Additionally, through February 25th, 2021 on Mondays through Thursdays, Passholders are entitled to 30% off select merchandise at select locations in Downtown Disney District and Buena Vista Street.
I hope this helps, Cissy. I cannot wait until Disneyland Resort theme parks reopen again. We all can use a little Disney magic and Pixie Dust during this difficult time. Please feel free to visit us on planDisney again if you have any more questions! We are all EARS.
Have a magical day,
Kiki
