As an
Annual Passholder, I’m sure you are already well aware of the convenience of
MagicBands! These handy accessories make it so easy and convenient to access
theme park admission and redeem
FastPass+ reservations.
Once a MagicBand has been assigned to an individual, it may only be used by that person.
MagicBands may not be reassigned to another person or shared. Any and
all MagicBands you own may be used interchangeably by you to access your annual pass or other ticket entitlements you have linked to your profile.
Since I have no way of knowing how you have set up your account or the delivery option you selected when you purchased the ticket, I’ll do my best to help you get everything set up. If your boyfriend does not have his own Disney account, he can either create one, or you can create a profile for him in your
My Disney Experience account by going to your Family & Friends list and selecting “Add a Guest”. Since you mentioned you purchased the ticket through the app, it may already be linked to your profile. You should be able to
reassign the ticket to your boyfriend’s profile. If you selected will call as the delivery option, bring your purchase confirmation to any Walt Disney World ticket window, and you will be given a ticket card. If you think your boyfriend would prefer to use a MagicBand instead of a ticket card,
MagicBands are available for purchase at many Walt Disney World retail locations and at
shopDisney. The new
MagicBand can then be linked to your boyfriend’s profile and you should be all set!
