    I have an annual pass purchased Jan 2020. i received several emails last year about extensions due to the park closure. i would like to check the status of my pass, please.

    As a fellow Legacy Passholder, I am saddened to share the news that our beloved Annual Passport program will be sunsetting. But, the Disneyland Resort has promised new membership offerings will be introduced in the future.

    I can let you know that a pro rata refund will be issued for your Annual Passport if you are entitled to one. You will receive a refund in the form of payment used to make the purchase. If the applicable refund is unable to be returned to the original form of payment, a check will be mailed to the billing address provided at the time of the Annual Passport sale or renewal. For more information about your refund, please reach out to Annual Passholder Services at (714) 781-PASS (714-781-7277), a Cast Member there will be more than happy to assist you. You may also visit Disneyland.com/PassportRefund
