Hey there, Yajing!
From one
Disneyland Resort Legacy Passholder to another, thanks for visiting
planDisney with your question. It sounds like you’re as excited as I am to get back to the magic!
I’m not sure if you’re aware, but the Annual Passport program ended earlier this year, so previously-held Passports are no longer valid for theme park admission or reservations. However, Passholders who had active Passports as of March 14, 2020 are now
Disneyland Resort Legacy Passholders and entitled to some magical perks until new membership offerings are announced! Also, you may be eligible for a refund due to the sunsetting of the program, and the amount you might receive is based on factors like how much you paid toward the Passport, any refund already sent, and when your Passport was activated. If you think you’re eligible for a refund and haven’t received one yet, please call (714) 781-7277 to confirm your refund information with a Cast Member.
I hope this answers your question, Yajing, and that you’re able to purchase
theme park tickets and plan your next pixie-dusted visit to the Happiest Place on Earth very soon! Please feel free to send us any other questions you may have.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
