I'm sorry to know that you did not receive any of the extra benefits or options that were given out to
Walt Disney World Annual Passholders during the shutdown. The options were to either receive a refund on the unused portions of your Walt Disney World Annual Pass or to have it extended for the length of time the parks were closed. I've been a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder for years now, Dawn, and I choose to have it extended. It was a while ago so I don't remember exactly but I don't think I had to do anything to have it extended, it was just automatically applied.
If you don't think you were given that extension, then you'll need to reach out to the V.I.PASSHOLDER Support team and see what they can do for you. You can contact them by calling (407) WDW-PASS or by reaching out via
this contact form on the website. I've gotten in touch with the Passholder support team both ways and found either option to work out great. If you call, I do suggest calling early around 7:00 a.m. when the phone lines open because wait times can be long later in the day. If this isn't a super urgent matter and you are okay waiting a few days for a reply, then I would suggest just emailing using the form I've linked for you above.
