Can an annual pass member take advantage of extra magic hours or must you stay in a Disney approved hotel? Thank you

Hi Gary! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

It sounds like you are preparing for a Christmas vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort! How exciting! Combining Santa and Mickey Mouse ... it doesn't get much more magical than that. You will have a wonderful visit!

Extra Magic Hours are a benefit that is just for Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels or other select accommodations. Take a look at the link I provided to see if your resort is included in this benefit. Although being a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder won't get you into Extra Magic Hours, you do get to enjoy many other benefits like complimentary theme park parking, discounts on many merchandise and dining locations, Annual Passholder exclusive events, PhotoPass photo downloads, and more! There really is a LOT of value that comes with having an Annual Pass to "The Most Magical Place on Earth."

I hope you have the BEST vacation, Gary! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
