I have my annual pass linked to another account how can unlink the pass with that account and link it with my own account?

    Hi Mauricio,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. It’s always nice to say hello to a fellow Annual Passholder – we’re all one big magical family, after all!

If your Annual Pass has not yet been used to enter a theme park, you should be able to reassign it. In your My Disney Experience account, select “My Reservations” and find the Annual Pass. You should see an option to “Reassign Ticket,” and then select the correct person in your Family & Friends list. You can follow these detailed steps that walk you through that process of correcting an incorrectly linked pass.

Walt Disney World Annual Passes are non-transferable, so I’m not sure if you’ll be allowed to transfer yours from one account to another if the pass has been used. I think your best bet is to contact (407) WDW-PASS or visit a Guest Relations location to explain your circumstances and see what options you might have.

Mauricio, I’m sending pixie dust that the process of getting your Annual Pass straightened out is quick and easy, and that you’re taking advantage of all the fantastic Annual Passholder Special Offers and perks in no time.

    Have a zip-a-dee-doo-dah day,
    Robyn
