Can Annual Pass holders benefit from the Extra Hours at Epcot in Walt Disney World?

Hi, Imelda! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question! Visiting Walt Disney World Resort is always a magical experience, but do you know what makes a day in the parks even more magical? Extra Magic Hours! Each day, one of the theme parks either opens one hour early or stays open two hours late. Be sure to look at the calendar on the website or on your My Disney Experience mobile app to see which park has this has the benefit each day you plan to head out on a pixie-dusted adventure.

There are so many wonderful benefits offered to Annual Passholders, but access to Extra Magic Hours is actually not one of them. In order to experience the park during Extra Magic Hours, you will need to be a Disney Resort Hotel guest. These guests can make use of these extra hours in the parks from their check-in day to their check-out day. One other thing to consider during Extra Magic Hours is that FastPass+ selections are not available during that time period. No worries, though, as I find the waits for the attractions quite manageable during it. I especially love the morning ones at Magic Kingdom Park. We are usually able to visit so many of our favorite attractions before the park opens for regular guests.

Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
