I am an annual pass holder and I am visiting Disney, I will be taking my nephew and he has an annual pass. Do I just have to link his pass into my account ? He’s 5 and he uses his moms fingerprint for his pass.

Hi Kaitlyn, and welcome to planDisney! I can't believe your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth is only two days away! As a passholder, I'm sure you know the drill, but it's always a thrill to visit, right? Get ready to have an absolutely fantastic time!

I have some great news for you! Your nephew shouldn't have any issues using his annual pass. It's common for children's fingerprints to be challenging to get, so just have him scan his finger at the entrance as usual. Once he does this, the Mickey touchpoint will turn blue and a Cast Member will verify the pass and take a picture of your nephew while also asking for his name. It's not necessary to link the annual pass to your My Disney Experience account, but I recommend doing so to make the process quicker and to allow you to schedule Lightning Lanes and Virtual Queues on his behalf.

I totally get it; I know it's not as easy as simply scanning your passes to enter the park. But don't worry; they just need to verify that the pass belongs to him to ensure everyone's safety. This process will only take a few minutes, and before you know it, you'll be riding Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and munching on some mouth-watering Corn Dog Nuggets from Casey's Corner.

Kaitlyn, wishing you and your family a magical day! Feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance. I'm always here to help.
