My annual pass holder membership has been separated from the rest of my families. We're at the time of renewal but we want to make sure we're renewing as a family. How do we merge our accounts back up?

Hello there, Chelsea! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for bringing us your question. I can tell how much being Annual Passholders means to your family, and I’m so glad you reached out so we can get everything sorted before it’s time to renew!

From what you’ve described, it definitely sounds like a little tech hiccup may be to blame. Sometimes, accounts that were once linked can get accidentally separated, especially around the time of renewal or when changes are made in My Disney Experience. But don’t worry, because there’s a super simple solution!

I recommend giving the Annual Passholder hotline a quick call. A friendly Cast Member will be able to pull up your account, take a closer look, and help you re-link your pass with the rest of your family’s. They’ll also make sure your renewal is processed smoothly and that everything appears properly in your My Disney Experience account.

Once your accounts are synced back up, you’ll be able to see all active Annual Passes together, manage your plans as a group, and continue making magical memories as one happy Disney family!

Chelsea, I know it’s just a little technical issue, but I also know how important it is to have everything in one place, especially when it comes to passes and planning. You’re doing the right thing by checking in early!

If you need help with anything else, like figuring out dining discounts or planning your next visit as a Passholder, I’m always here and so happy to help. Wishing you and your family the smoothest renewal ever and a year ahead filled with pixie dust, park days, and endless Disney fun!

    Warm hugs,
