Maria from CA Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

As an annual pass holder and making monthly payments on my pass can I cancel my pass ?

    Hi Maria!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm sorry to hEAR that you are looking to cancel your Annual Passport to The Happiest Place on Earth!

The terms and conditions for Annual Passports to Disneyland Resort states that they are nonrefundable and nontransferable, whether you are on the monthly payment plan or pay for the entire Passport up front. You can at any time pay off your remaining balance without any penalties, which will essentially cancel your monthly payments, but you are contractually obligated to pay the balance on your Annual Passport. You are always welcome to reach out to the Annual Passport Monthly Payment Guest Services to inquire on your balance at 800-410-4656. They are available Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM PST.

I truly hope you are still able to use your Annual Passport and enjoy the multiple benefits! Please come back if we can help in any other way.
