I am an annual pass holder and we have a Magic Kingdom reservation for July 20, 2025. Will we able to go to Epcot after 2pm on that day, first, before scanning in to Magic Kingdom?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Laura!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and honored to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disney World! It looks like you will be visiting in a few weeks—WOO HOO! I think it's about that time to start the countdown to your arrival! OH, and Mickey and Minnie just told me they can't wait to "See You Real Soon!"

First of all, thank you for being a valued Disney Annual Passholder. It is just so awesome that you can make MAGICAL memories at Disney all throughout the year. As a Passholder, I also love that you are able to enjoy special perks like dining and merchandise discounts, exclusive event previews, and access to limited-time offers throughout the year. Here's to many more unforgettable adventures around every corner!

Well, I'm pretty sure I know why you're planning to visit Magic Kingdom on this particular day in July! We are ALL highly anticipating the start of the brand new nighttime parade, Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away! It’s set to sprinkle Magic Kingdom with even more enchantment and wonder! Inspired by the beloved Main Street Electrical Parade, this nighttime spectacular promises a fresh take on glowing floats, shimmering lights, and nostalgic charm. I can't wait for you to experience this on the scheduled opening night to see heartfelt moments and unforgettable surprises light up the night!

As you plan for this TIGGER-ific day, I wanted to let you know that you will be required to scan in at Magic Kingdom before you visit EPCOT since you already have a park reservation. I even verified this information with a very helpful Cast Member.

I did want to bring up something for you to think about. Park hopping is based on availability. Because Mickey anticipates this day to be very busy, there could be a possibility that if you leave to go to EPCOT, you might not be able to park hop back to Magic Kingdom. This is just something to consider as you are looking at your schedule on July 20.

I sure hope you have the BEST DAY EVER! If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
