Greetings Cathy, and welcome to planDisney with a great question!
Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with family and friends is so much fun. Making core memories that will last for years to come. I love being able to use
My Disney Experience to make plans with my friends and extended family members. It is the easiest way to coordinate our reservations, dining, and park plans together.
I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble linking theme park admission tickets for members of your travel party. The cards you hold may already be linked to the My Disney Experience accounts of your friends. If they are already connected in your
My Family & Friends list, and you are sharing plans, you will see their tickets in the
My Plans tab. If you are having trouble using the mobile app, I would recommend using a computer or laptop.
To link their tickets while in
My Plans, hover over the
Park Tickets button and click on
Link Tickets. Enter the 12-digit ID number on the back of each card and click Next. Assign the tickets to the members of your party and then confirm your assignment. Once your tickets are linked, I would recommend making your
Disney Park Pass reservations as soon as possible, so you can get the reservations that you have made for the other members of your party.
If you are still having trouble linking your tickets, you may need to speak to a friendly Cast Member on the
Existing Tickets Help Desk. They will be able to work their magic to get your tickets linked properly. You can also use the online Chat feature to resolve the issue. I recommend calling early as the lines get busier as the day goes on.
I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any more questions, please come back and visit us again here at planDisney.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
