    can we use our annual pass holder discount on onboard gift shops?

    Thanks so much for cruising by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. 

    I'm happy to hear that you're not only a fan of sailing with Disney Cruise Line, but also an Annual Passholder at Walt Disney World Resort. I, too, am a WDW Annual Passholder, and try to get to the parks as often as I can. Whether it be for a family vacation, a girls getaway, or a weekend with my husband, my Walt Disney World Annual Pass makes it easy to plan magical vacations throughout the year! I love planning a Land and Sea Adventure - from Cinderella Castle to sand castles. 

    While I'm thrilled with all the Passholder Benefits available to me at Walt Disney World Resort, unfortunately, at this time, Disney Cruise Line does not offer Passholder discounts on merchandise in the onboard shops. While an Annual Pass doesn't qualify you for discounts in the shops, select guests of Disney Cruise Line (Gold or Platinum Castaway Club Members) receive special discounts created just for them during their sailings. Gold members are cruisers that have sailed with Disney Cruise Line five times or more, and Platinum members have ten sailings under their belt. Onboard discounts are just one of many benefits that Castaway Club members enjoy! (A great reason to sail with Disney Cruise Line as often as you can, or at least that's what I tell my husband...)
