Welcome to planDisney, Mandy. And thanks for being an Annual Passholder at the Walt Disney World Resort.
While Annual Passholders can sometimes enjoy discounts on special events, tours, and hotel room stays, they currently cannot get a discount on other Annual Passes. You can visit
the Passholder Discounts page for more details on current offers!
Now, I don't know how I've been able to contain myself, but it hasn't escaped my notice that you are arriving at the resort...tomorrow! How incredibly exciting! You probably already have
Tiana's Bayou Adventure in
Magic Kingdom Park on your list, but let me make a list of things you might not yet have on your list but will probably want to! Here we go:
- Country Bear Musical Jamboree at Magic Kingdom Park. Say yes to these wacky bears singing a whole new world of Disney music!
- ¡Celebración Encanto! While you've been able to meet Mirabel in Magic Kingdom Park and see (and talk about) Bruno in the Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade, this is the first sing-along show themed to this incredible movie at the resort. Be sure to check out this limited-time show on the brand-new CommuniCore Plaza Stage in EPCOT.
- Celebrate all things The Lion King at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park as they celebrate this animated classic's 30th anniversary. From specialty treats to merchandise to meet and greets, it's giving Hakuna Matata vibes all around!
- Confess your deepest joys to...Joy from Inside Out 2. I mean, you don't have to confess anything, just enjoy her company as you take pictures and interact with her in Pixar Plaza in Disney's Hollywood Studios.
- Try out some EPCOT festival favorites at...well, Festival Favorites in CommuniCore Hall. While there may not currently be a festival going on in EPCOT, this booth is serving up some unique bites that'll remind you of the ghosts of festivals past and future. Okay, you got me, they're not ghosts...just delicious bites to savor. But sometimes, a Haunted Mansion fan's got to get his ghost references in where he can!
Mandy, whatever you do, enjoy every second of your visit. And
reach out again with any other questions you may have!
Hakuna Matata ain't no passing craze,
Matt
