    I am an annual pass holder and just booked the Keys to the Kingdom tour for 9:00 am on December 14 and did not receive a discount for being an annual pass holder.

    Hey there, hi there, ho there, Nancy, and welcome to planDisney. This is the most magical place on the internet to get answers to your specific Disney vacation planning questions. I am so glad that you asked about Disney’s Keys to the Kingdom Tour because it is the best tour on-property in my opinion.

    My suggestion is that you contact the Enchanting Extras Collection reservations number and have a chat with a Cast Member. You can explain to them that you are a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder and you did not receive your annual pass tour discount. They will work with you to make sure that everything is correct. It is possible that while you are on the phone with them, they will ask you to make another reservation for the exact same tour and cancel the original. Please note: These tours are very popular and have limited spaces per tour. Also, the cancellation policy is two before the tour to receive a full refund.

    When it comes to your annual pass discounts, make sure you ask about them at the front end of every Walt Disney World Resort purchase from hotels to souvenirs. When you make a purchase through My Disney Experience or the My Disney Experience App the discounts should automagically be applied. We have been Disney Passholders for a long time and some Cast Members are just not accustomed to asking if you are an annual Disney Passholder. Also, be sure to become familiar with Disney Passholder benefits because the savings are outrageous, especially on Disney Resorts Collection Hotels. 

    planDisney Pro Tip: Disney’s Keys to the Kingdom Tour is about pulling back the curtain and seeing the Disney magic. During our tour, we were allowed to ask any question and the Cast Members answered how it was done. So if you have a question that you have always wanted to know, be sure to make a note about it so you don’t forget.
