    I have an annual pass good through June 2018. I am active duty military and will be deploying in March. Is there any way to pause my pass, or will I have to basically lose the remaining 3 months left on it? Thank you!

    I tried to find you a definitive answer to your question, but unfortunately, this is one you'll need to call on to have a conversation with the Monthly Payment Services team. They usually take into consideration instances such as these and are able to discuss some options for you to choose from. Their number is (888) 701-4100, Option 3, and they are open Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST. Let them know the situation and they will be happy to further assist.
