Good day William!
Welcome to planDisney! I’m always delighted to see a fellow Annual Passholder bring a question our way!
Like me, I’m sure you’re anxiously awaiting a magical return trip to “The Happiest Place on Earth!” While we do not have any information on the theme park reopening dates, the
Disneyland Resort is offering a couple of options for Annual Passholders during this unprecedented time. If you were on a monthly payment plan, your payments were automatically suspended, starting on March 14, 2020. You have the option to call to have your Annual Passport payments resume with theme park reopening. Your Annual Passport expiration date will be adjusted accordingly. If you are on a monthly plan and wish to have your payments resume and expiration date extended, please contact Annual Passport Services at (714) 781-PASS (714-781-7277). A Cast member there would be happy to assist you further. If you do not opt-in to this option, your Annual Passport will expire on the usual expiration date.
Passholders who have paid in full will automatically have their expiration date extended by the number of days the parks are closed. Don't be alarmed, if your Annual Passport disappears from your Disneyland account once the original expiration date has passed. Passports that are no longer valid are removed from your account. But, once the theme park reopening date is determined and your new expiration date has been calculated, you should see it reappear on your account. If it does not automatically show up, simply add it back to your account using the number below the barcode on the back of your Annual Passport card. Also, any extras added to your Annual Passport like
Disney MaxPass or
parking will be extended as well.
I’m keeping my fingers crossed we’ll all be back in the parks very soon! If you think of any more questions, please don’t hesitate to bring them our way!
