Does my annual pass have exactly a year from the day I activate it? So, if I activate it on October 8, 2017, then would it be good until October 8, 2018.

Greetings, Sally, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My first question to the panel a few years ago was about tickets and Annual Passes, so you’re in good company! Your Annual Pass will afford you more magic than you realize!

I purchased my Annual Pass in January of this year, but did not activate it until I visited the Magic Kingdom ticket window this year on April 2nd. My pass will be good until April 2nd, 2018, so you are correct. If you activated it on October 8, 2017, it will be good until October 8th of 2018. After activation, you’ll be able to log into My Disney Experience and under RESERVATIONS AND TICKETS, see your Annual Pass with it’s expiration date listen directly underneath. It’s so nice to see!

Don’t forget the beaucoup benefits that await you as a Passholder, from discounts on merchandise, restaurants, experiences and more, like my favorite: the Annual Passholder entrance line. As a passholder, you can bring your family with you through the touchpoints entry line when you show your little yellow card. Enjoy you trip, and please feel free to visit me again and ask some more questions. “You’ve got a friend in me!” ~ Lindsey P.
