Hello there, Hannah!
From one Floridian
Annual Passholder to another, welcome to planDisney! I've been a part of the Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder family for a few years now, and it's honestly one of my favorite parts about living in Central Florida. There are so many cool things to do in this neck of the woods, but nothing beats hanging out at the Disney Parks with my family and friends. Of course, sometimes a break is needed, and I am happy to share with you what I've learned from a friendly Cast Member.
Hakuna Matata! Walt Disney World Resort annual passes don't automatically renew. You must approve an annual pass renewal up to 60 days before it expires and up to 30 days after it expires by using the
My Disney Experience App, your Disney account on the desktop Resort website, or talking to a Cast Member in-person or using the
V.I.PASSHOLDER Support hotline. So, if you decide to not renew your annual pass, you can simply let it expire when that time comes without lifting a finger.
AN EXTRA GEM: If you are enrolled in the Florida-resident Monthly Payment Plan, like my family uses some years, those payments can't be canceled before the end of your term.
Hannah, if you need any
tips and tricks about how to get the most out of your annual pass, please
revisit us here at planDisney. Any of the panelists are more than willing to lend a Mickey hand.
Magic always,
LeAndra
