Welcome to planDisney, Francne!
It sounds like, just like Simba, you just can't wait to be a
Magic Key holder at the Disneyland Resort! I love questions like this because, as a Keyholder myself, I know the value of having nearly unlimited fun at The Happiest Place On Earth- Free to run around all day. Free to do it all my way!
Sadly, Francne, Magic Keys are currently unavailable. But Hakuna Matata! The Resort has shared plans to release them throughout the year
as availability permits. Once they become available, make sure to head to the official Disneyland Resort webpage, hover over the words "Park & Tickets," then scroll down to "Magic Key Passes." From there, you'll see the different levels available for purchase. You will likely have to wait in a virtual queue to purchase your Magic Key.
Another possibility is to visit the ticket booths at the theme park entrance when Magic Keys become available. That’s what I did last year when I purchased my Imagine Key, but I found myself waiting in line for hours there as well!
To make sure you're ready to pounce when Magic Key passes become available, my problem-free philosophy is to keep a close eye on the
Disney Parks Instagram page, where they regularly post updates about upcoming events and promotions and, most importantly, when Magic Key passes become available. Following the official
Disneyland Magic Key Instagram account is another smart way to stay up-to-date on all the perks and benefits available to current Magic Key holders.
Francne, you can also stay informed by checking the
Disney Parks Blog. It's a great resource for all things Disney, covering everything from
seasonal food guides to special events and promotions at the parks, which may include announcements about the Magic Key passes. In fact, that's how I stumbled upon the Magic Key sales when they opened last fall!
Francne, it was fun sharing these tips with you, and I hope they help you to
Be Prepared for when these coveted Keys go on sale again! It’s great that you want to visit the Disneyland Resort more regularly. This year's
holiday season will be filled with
rare delicacies that Timon and Pumba would approve of, and that ain't no passin' craze. So feel free to
visit me again, and I can share more of
my favorite tips with you!
Long Live the King!Danielle
