How can I get the annual pass

¡Hola, Maria! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney. I just love it when other fellow Mexicans stop by to say hello!

Sadly, I have to let you know that new sales of Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passes have been temporarily paused since November 2021, and I have no idea of knowing when they might make their triumphant return. I, too, am very eager to become an Annual Passholder once again, but I unfortunately missed the release of new Annual Passes back in September 2021. Since then, I've been not-so-patiently stalking the website at least once a week to check if there's any news, but I haven't had any luck yet.

Maria, the only Annual Pass that's currently available is the Disney Pixie Dust Pass, but it's unique to Florida residents. As Mexican Guests, our only option is to purchase the Disney Incredi-Pass once it's released again, so you (and I!) will have to wait until then to take the leap and become Annual Passholders.

If you're planning on visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in the near future, I suggest that you purchase your Theme Park tickets as soon as possible in order to secure your Park Pass reservations in advance. Then, if Annual Passes go on sale before or during your magical vacation, you'll be able to upgrade your tickets by simply paying the price difference! If they go on sale before you're in Orlando, you'll be able to upgrade them by speaking to a friendly Cast Member at (011) 5354-8119. If the news breaks during your vacation, you can complete the transaction at any Guest Relations location or ticketing center throughout the Resort. If this is your case, you'll need to upgrade your ticket BEFORE scanning into the Theme Parks on your last day.

I hope––for your sake and mine––that Walt Disney World Annual Passes come back very, very soon, Maria. In the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach back out to me with any other questions you might have in English or in Spanish. I'm always available and more than happy to help!

    Warm hugs,

    Ana Paula
