I’m so sorry you have not received your
Walt Disney World Resort annual pass refund.
Cancellation links were sent to all Walt Disney World Resort annual passholders in July 2020. If you elected to cancel your annual pass via your customized cancellation link by August 11, 2020, you should have received a refund by September 2020.
Because you did not receive a refund, you will need to contact V.I.PASSHOLDER Support and speak to a friendly Cast Member by dialing (407) 939-7277.
I hope they can help you, Anthony! If your annual pass expired less than 30 days ago or is set to expire soon, you can choose to renew your pass instead.
Please keep in mind that sales of new annual passes have been temporarily suspended during the
phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort. I suggest renewing your annual pass if you plan on visiting the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks any time soon. This will offer the greatest value!
