My DS13 announced he wants to do the TOT 10Miler. We will have to move our trip out a week. No problem. Since we are not into running, I need help understanding what is involved in getting him in. Any tips/tricks? HELP.... TIA

    Hi, PT!

How fantastic your son is interested in participating in The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ 10-Miler Weekend! It's sure to be a weekend filled with thrills and chills.

When it comes to getting your son in the race, the first step is registration. Though the 2014 race registration dates have yet to be announced, it typically opens in February. Once he is registered, the next step is to implement a training plan to ensure a successful and enjoyable experience for him. With runDisney's official training consultant, Jeff Galloway providing free, downloaded race-specific training plans- you can be assured your son will be ready to run come race day. In addition to training plans, the runDisney website is a great resource for nutritional information, race details, and even email notifications for race updates and registrations. Of course, feel free to ask me any additional questions regarding The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ 10-Miler Weekend or any other runDisney event. I am here to help!

    Happy training to your son!
