Now that it's been announced that Disneyland is opening April 30th. How can we make reservations/buy tickets? We live in Los Angeles, have 5 kids, and our likely moving in July and would like to go one more time before we move. Thanks.

    Hi Becca,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for sending your question to us.  How exciting that you are planning on moving, I completely understand wanting to visit Disneyland Resort one last time before you start the new chapter in your lives.

With the announcement that Theme Parks will reopen to California Residents on April 30, 2021 and Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa set to welcome back guests on April 29, 2021 it looks like you will be able to enjoy making memories with your family at Disneyland prior to your big move. While no information has been released just yet regarding theme park ticket sales as well as resort hotel reservation bookings, stay tuned, I am sure Disney will provide us with all of the details shortly.  I highly recommend checking the Disney Parks Blog as well as the official Disneyland Resort Website for the most up to date information available.

One thing to keep in mind is that with the Theme Parks reopening, it looks like there will be a new Park Reservation System in place for guests.  While details have not yet been announced, I would imagine it will be similar to the Disney Park Pass System at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, so make sure to keep an eye out for those details as well.

Once more information is released please feel free to send us some more questions as you continue to plan your visit to Disneyland Resort, Becca.  Sending you lots of Pixie Dust for one last visit to Disneyland Resort prior to your move.
