    After Anniversary at Sea ends in October will Castaway Club gifts revert back to the more traditional lanyards and backpack? We're sailing in January and hoping we'll get the new lanyards and beach bag that are being distributed right now.

    As a proud member of the Castaway Club, I enjoy the exclusive benefits Disney Cruise Line offers their most loyal Guests. From early booking incentives to stateroom surprises, I love being part of the club; it looks like you do too! 

    In honor of Disney Cruise Line’s 25th Anniversary at Sea, brand new Castaway Club gifts were introduced. While there are no guarantees, the Cast Member I spoke with today said that the updated gifts will stick around after the Silver Anniversary at Sea celebration. Yippie! That means you will receive an adorable Mickey Mouse lanyard and a new tote. Each level receives an additional stateroom gift. You can see the latest gifts on the Disney Cruise Line Instagram page. Look for the May 1st reel.

    I also encourage you to log in to the Castaway Club area on the Disney Cruise Line website to learn more about the at-home and onboard benefits. The dashboard was recently updated and now includes your previous and upcoming sailings. Since you already have a cruise booked, you’re one step closer to the next Castaway Club level and all the perks that await.

    Speaking of perks, you will want to use your Castaway Club status to reserve activities on your Pixar Day at Sea cruise. A highlight among Guests is Sheriff Woody’s Cowboy Breakfast. This event does have to be reserved beforehand. Luckily, you’ll get a head start booking this hearty breakfast before first-time cruisers. Hey, it’s good to be part of the club!
