It is our anniversary on May 20. My son is 5 and my daughter is 3. It is just the 4 of us going to WD but we want to go out for an anniversary dinner. Is there babysitting services available? If so, how far in advance do I need to book and with whom?

    Hello Flor-Rita,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

You have two options in order to be able to enjoy a quiet anniversary dinner, without your kids, during your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort: Children’s Activity Centers or In-Room Childcare (i.e. babysitting). Although I haven’t used either yet, several of my friends have and they all have rave reviews. I’d say that your choice depends on what Walt Disney World Resort Hotel you’re staying in (not all of them have a Children’s Activity Center) and whether your kids would be more comfortable by themselves or in a supervised group setting.

Either way, I would recommend contacting these service providers as soon as you know which date/time you’d like to use their services, in order to ensure availability.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions about your upcoming vacation. And Happy Anniversary in advance!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
