Ahoy, Joseph! Congratulations on your 20th Anniversary!!! I can't think of a better way to celebrate it than to have the entire family experience a magical Disney Cruise!!! Since this will be your First Disney Cruise, you can pre-book Remy or Palo 75 days in advance. Be sure to reserve as soon as your online booking window opens up. Simply Log-In to your Disney Cruise Line account. Retrieve your cruise reservation using your reservation number. Go to "My Cruise Plans" and you will see an option for "Dining" It will list the dates and times available for pre-booking these restaurants. If the fields are greyed out it means there are no times available for pre-booking. If you are unable to secure a reservation online, you will be able to book it once you board the ship. Your entire family will absolutely love Disney's amazing cruising experience! Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you. Have a fabulous 20th Anniversary celebration on a spectacular Disney cruise! Bon Voyage!
