Hi Anne! I have read that on the 2016 DDP sharing is allowed and adult/child is not distinguished for TS or QS. Could our family of 4 purchase the deluxe and share credits w/ the grandparents that are on a separate reservation w/out DDP? Thanks!

Hello Becky! I am so glad you came back to ask another question.

While your Disney Dining Plan credits are "pooled" upon your arrival, they are still divided between adult and children for both Table Service and Quick Service. Therefore, while you could "purchase" your parents meals with some of your credits, they will be deducted from the Adult credits. While I have read about some success in children being allowed to order off of the adult menu and still only being charged a child credit, I have not seen the same to be true about adults using child credits. If you need more clarification, don't hesitate to write back. I know it can be a bit confusing and overwhelming.

    See ya real soon!
