Hi Anna Paula! I’ll be at Disney on Oct 2 with a Park Hopper and want to visit all 4 parks, doing 1–2 top attractions at each. Is this crazy? What order and tips would you recommend? Or is it better to skip one park and enjoy 3 without rushing?

Hi Ana! Welcome to my very own corner of planDisney, and thank you so much for stopping by with your question!

Is visiting all four Walt Disney World theme parks in one day crazy? A little bit. Is it possible? Absolutely! If your goal is specifically to complete the four-park challenge and experience one or two priority attractions at each park, I think you can have a ton of fun with it. Just know that you'll spend a significant part of your day traveling between parks.

For October 2, there's one VERY important catch. That is a Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party night, which means Magic Kingdom closes to regular daytime Guests at 6 p.m. If you don't also have a ticket for the party, I would make sure to visit Magic Kingdom first, right as the park opens, and I'd stay until around 11. From there, I would head to Disney's Animal Kingdom and prioritize Avatar Flight of Passage. I would stay until 2 p.m. Then, I would head to Disney's Hollywood Studios for one or two must-dos before taking the Disney Skyliner over to EPCOT no later than 6 p.m. That transportation route makes Hollywood Studios and EPCOT especially easy to pair together.

I would also absolutely consider purchasing Lightning Lane Multi Pass as well as Single Passes for the attractions that matter most to you. When you're attempting four parks in one day, every hour counts, and spending 90 minutes in one standby line can completely change your plans.

Now, if your goal isn't specifically to say, "I did all four parks in one day," I would personally pick two. You'll have much more time to enjoy each park, grab something delicious, take pictures, and actually look around instead of constantly checking the time and heading toward the next form of transportation.

But if four parks is the adventure you want, go for it! Pick your absolute top one or two attractions at each park beforehand, start early, travel light, and be ready to pivot if wait times don't cooperate.

Ana, whichever option you choose, you're going to have one VERY exciting Disney day!

    Warm hugs,

    Ana Paula
