At Animal Kingdom can you watch both Tree of Life Awakening and River of Lights? Or would you have to travel to different spots to see both? Would you recommend finding a spot early to see these events? Thanks so much for your time!

Hi again, Tara! Welcome back and thank you for bringing us this great question!

Depending on where you are viewing Rivers of Light, you MAY be able to see the Tree of Life Awakenings. However, if you can’t, I am happy to report that the Awakenings happen approximately every 10 minutes, so there will be plenty of time for you to see it!

Might I suggest the Rivers of Light Dining Package? I know that we have already discussed the Fantasmic! Dining Package together in a previous question, but again, you are not paying any “extra” for VIP viewing and you get to dine at either Tiffins or Tusker House Restaurant. My family’s favorite is breakfast at Tusker House Restaurant because we get to see Mickey and the gang in their safari gear, oh and there is a little parade for younger Guests! My girls LOVED joining in on the fun and playing on the tambourines during the parade throughout the restaurant!

I hope this answers your question and please don’t be a stranger! Come and visit us again here soon at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
