    Will Animal Kingdom be open later than 5pm in November?

    Hi Shannon,

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Disney's Animal Kingdom comes alive after dark with its new nighttime hours. Just like in nature, there are new sights, sounds and entertainment to experience after the sun sets. Plus, there is nothing like riding Kilimanjaro Safari and Expedition Everest at night. Disney's Animal Kingdom is like a whole new park to explore! While there has been no indication that the nighttime hours at Disney's Animal Kingdom are temporary or seasonal, hours have only been extended to include late hours into September. Just like you, I am hoping that evening hours are extended this fall so I can enjoy them during my family vacation.

    From my experience planning previous trips, park hours are often updated and extended as my vacation date gets closer. So I recommend keeping an eye on theme park hours over the next few months for updates. Also, continue to watch the Disney Parks Blog for the latest news from all of the theme parks, hotels, entertainment and shopping at Walt Disney World Resort so you know all of the exciting things you will be able to experience during your vacation!
