I am going to animal kingdom lodge with my wife and two children , boy 15, girl 14 and would like to book bunk beds as sharing a bed for the kids wouldn't be appropriate . I have call the hotel and they have made a note but can not guarantee the bunks

Hi Justin! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

It looks like you and your family will be arriving for your stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge very soon! I absolutely love the atmosphere of this Disney Resort hotel. My family finds it extra relaxing and quiet, entertaining with many activities available and we love spotting not only the different animals outside, but hidden Mickeys inside as well! I think your family will enjoy it, too.

You have already done what I would suggest, which is to call Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge to request bunk beds. They will do their best to accommodate your request, but as they stated there is no guarantee. If you find yourself without bunk beds, I encourage you to talk with the Front Desk and see if they have suggestions for a sleeping arrangement that will work for your family. Perhaps you could request extra bedding from Mousekeeping (Housekeeping) to get creative with the sleeping situation. I'm sure the Front Desk and Mousekeeping can work together to offer some great suggestions.

Enjoy your magical trip, Justin! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
