When will animal kingdom lodge be decorated for christmas

    Howdy, Jennifer!
The holidays at Disney are my absolute favorite! The treats, the decor, and the music really put me in the best holiday cheer!

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is absolutely stunning during the holidays, and the Christmas tree in the lobby is one of the most breathtaking sights on property. Typically, the resort decorations go up in early to mid-November, often right after the first week of the month. Disney works overnight to transform the resorts, so you might even wake up one morning and find the lobby completely decked out in holiday splendor.

While exact dates can vary each year, you can usually expect Animal Kingdom Lodge to be fully decorated by the second week of November at the latest. That means if you’re visiting mid to late November, you’ll almost certainly get to see the massive tree, garlands, and unique African-inspired ornaments that make this resort’s holiday décor so special.

With your trip falling right around early November, it’s a good idea to keep in mind that decorations may still be in progress. By Thanksgiving week, however, everything is usually ready for the holiday season.

Even though your resort may not be fully dressed in its Christmas best, there will be plenty of holiday decor throughout the other resorts and theme parks

Happy holidays, Jennifer! Please stop by and visit with us again soon.
