I am going to be at Animal Kingdom in Febraury. I want to use the grab-n-go at Beastly Bazaar and have a picnic with my wife and two girls. Two questions. One is the grab-n-go still available? Two can you recommend a good spot to hide and have a picnic?

    Hi Timothy!

There used to be an offering called "Picnic in the Park" at Disney's Animal Kingdom, but that was discontinued a year or two ago unfortunately.  However, you are right!  You can still have your own picnic by putting together your own "grab 'n go" bag at Beastly Bazaar.  You can get sandwiches, chips, desserts, and drinks at the Beastly Bazaar.

Personally, I think the best places to have your own picnic is on the Discovery Island Trails, especially if you are considering a picnic lunch.  Those trails are crowded in the morning, but are empty in the middle of the day!  Another good location is right behind Pizzafari.  If you can time it so you aren't there when the Festival of the Lion King show lets out, another good spot is Camp Minnie-Mickey!

I hope this helps!  Enjoy planning your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and write back if you have any more questions!
