We will be at the Animal Kingdom and would like to eat at Boma, is it a walkable distance to the Lodge, or do we need to take the bus?

Hi K, Boma is a great choice for dinner!

You will need to take the bus to get from the Animal Kingdom Park to the Lodge. While it is too far to walk, the good news is that it's a relatively quick bus ride.

You should give yourself about 50 minutes from the time you leave the Park to when you need to be at Boma. This is because you need to check in 15-20 minutes early for your dinner. In addition, the buses run every 20 minutes or so. You never know if you will have just missed a bus (so may have a long wait), or if one is coming around the bend (so you will be early). The Animal Kingdom Lodge is stunning. If you arrive early, you can enjoy the lobby or head out back and view the animals on the Savanna for a bit until it's time for your dinner.

Hope this helps and that you enjoy your trip!
