How do I get from Animal Kingdom to Disney Springs? About how much time will this take?

    Hi Kim!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like you are getting ready for a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation and you have stops at two of my favorite places planned into your itinerary! I love Disney's Animal Kingdom because it's such a unique theme park experience. It's amazing to enjoy Africa, Asia and Pandora all in one day. And Disney Springs is the perfect spot to enjoy incredible shopping, dining and entertainment!

You can use complimentary resort transportation buses to travel from Disney's Animal Kingdom to Disney Springs. When you exit Disney's Animal Kingdom, you will head to the bus stop area and find the stop for Disney Springs. That complimentary resort transportation bus will take you to right to Disney Springs for the next stop in your itinerary. I recommend that you allow one hour transportation time between Disney's Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs. If you will be starting your trip from the back of the theme park, then I recommend that you allow some extra time so you can walk to the exit.

Be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app for use during your trip. It has a fantastic navigation feature that is the perfect way to help plan you itinerary and help you navigate during your vacation. I love it because it includes all of the Walt Disney World Resort transportation options, such as buses and monorails, and gives you recommend travel time for each travel option!

Let us know if you have additional questions as you continue planning. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
