    Hi Andrea, Truly appreciate your kind help :) We'll need 2 bed rails(both side of the soft bed) for our 2 little ones. Will BLT help us install? Any charge? The railing on balcony looks low fr pic I saw online- are they safe for 2 young ones? Many Thanks

    I'm so happy you're back with more questions! :-)

    You'll be able to request bed rails from Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. No charge, of course. I'm sure that the Cast Member who brings them to your studio will be happy to help you install them as well.

    Regarding the balcony, it's not too low at all; however, I would NOT allow children out on that balcony unattended. With chairs and a table on the balcony, one climb up on them would be too high.  The locks on the balcony door are perfectly located, though, to keep the little ones from letting themselves out without your permission.
