Hi Andrea you are so nice! i really appreciate your help cuz im new at DVC so i really need help we are going dec 14 thru 23 and i really hope to have a 2 bd villa but i dont think i have enough points any suggestions. PLEASE HELP!!!!

    Hello, Alexandra!

Let me be one of the first to say to you "Welcome Home!"  That's a sound you'll soon recognize as a little slice of heaven!

I used the Interactive Points Calculator on dvcmember.com, and entered the dates that you'd like to travel. At Disney's Old Key West Resort (which is usually the fewest number of points of the WDW DVC properties), this will cost 304 points.

While I don't know when your Use Year begins, I'd like to point out that Disney Vacation Club Members can borrow points from their next Use Year, as well as bank points from the current Use Year into the next.  This means that, in theory, Members can have access to three Use Years of points (provided they've borrowed and banked properly.)  If you haven't yet used any of your points, this means that you may be able to use your current Use Year's points and borrow next year's Use Year points, which may very well provide you with 304!

You can call Member Services at (800)-800-9800 to ask for suggestions, or you can even go onto dvcmembers.com, if you've already activated your membership there. Of course, I'd be happy to research a little more for you, too!  Just let me know when your Use Year begins, how many points you have and if you've used any of them yet.  Feel free to let me know if you have any preferences, too, such as proximity to a certain park or restaurant; I'd be happy to help!
