    HI Andrea, I have an ADR at Brown Derby for fantasmic pkge, i am NOT on DDP, do we have to order a 3 course meal under a pre-fix or can you just order whatever you want a la carte (i have my eye on that Cobb Salad & were not getting dessert. Thanks!

    Oooh...that Cobb Salad at The Hollywood Brown Derby is soooo delicious! If I'm at "The Derby" I have to order one. (And then wistfully long for it once I'm back home; no other Cobb Salad will even come close once you've tasted this one!)

    I spoke with a Cast Member at Disney Dining on your behalf and was told that the fixed price Fantasmic! Dining Package menu, at the time of this writing, costs $60.70 per adult, and $18.10 per child. It includes an appetizer, entree and dessert, from a special menu which includes some of The Hollywood Brown Derby's signature dishes...including the Cobb Salad! That's a lot of food! If you think that you can't fit dessert in, consider asking them to package your dessert to go. You might have a little more room after the show, and a dessert from The Hollywood Brown Derby would be a perfect nightcap. (Just ask a shop or merchandise kiosk for a bag to put your container in; that will help to keep it intact until you get back from the park.)

    Enjoy your meal and be sure to take advantage of your VIP voucher for reserved seating; i suggest that you arrive 45 minutes to an hour before the start of the show, to ensure the best seating.
