Hi Andi, How are you? We are taking our 2 year on our first family vacation since his birth. When the Disney wonder going the Mexican riviera docks at port is it ok to stay aboard the ship? What is there to do while everyone is out and about?

Well, hello there, Edward! I'm doing well...thanks for asking. I hope you are, too!

You are going to have a fabulous time aboard the Disney Wonder -- she is a timeless beauty and filled with activities and events to delight all ages! There is much to do on board while the ship is docked at ports of call, and you are certainly welcome to stay aboard. Yet, I would encourage you to again review the various Mexican Riviera Ports to see which ones and Port Adventures may interest you. There are even some which include guests of all ages! Plus, you can always make a reservation for Flounder's Reef Nursery while you enjoy an adult-only shore excursion.

If you do choose to stay on board, you can:

    • Take a swim in the pools
    • Enjoy a movie at the Buena Vista Theater
    • Experience various casual, quick service and room service dining options
    • Shoot some hoops at the Wide World of Sports Deck
    • Relax at the Vista Spa & Salon
    • Participate in activities listed in your Personal Navigator
I hope his helps you plan. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
