Andi, We will be going to WDW after our cruise in Dec. Will the bus take us to our resort? We are at Coronado Springs. Will our luggage be in our room when we check in? Will we be there in time for us to check in and eat lunch at one of the parks? Thanks:)

    Hi, Richard!

If you purchase ground transportation through Disney Cruise Line, the bus will transport you to Coronado Springs. However, since you'll need to go through US Customs at the conclusion of your cruise, you'll see that your luggage is put on the same bus that takes you to your resort. When you arrive, you'll claim your luggage again and get it to bell services.

Every guest is usually off the ship by 9 a.m., and you are at Walt Disney World (WDW) well before lunch -- which means your WDW resort room may not be ready for you yet. You'll have ample time to check in and get to one of the parks in time to grab some lunch. They'll deliver your luggage to your room while you're away.  I hope this helps you plan, and let me know if more questions pop into your head before your trip in December.

Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
