Hi Andi! In October my husband, 8 year old daughter and I are taking a 7 night Eastern Carribean cruise on the Magic. Can you suggest any good shore excursions for families in St. Thomas/St. John and St. Maarten? Thanks so much!

    Hi, Stephanie!

Thanks for visiting me on the Disney Moms Panel! I'm happy to answer your Disney Cruise Line question! You have a fabulous cruise planned for your family, and there are many things to do and see in the various ports of call.

Many of the Port Adventures for St. Maarten and St. Thomas/St.John are conducive for families. Yet, to choose one you'll need to consider your group's idea of fun and adventure as well as your budget and the time you want to spend off the ship.

    Here are some popular choices:

    • Doubloon Turtle Cove Sail & Snorkel -- St. Thomas/St. John
    • Skyride to Paradise Point -- St. Thomas/St. John
    • Kayak Hike and Snorkel of Cas Cay -- St. Thomas/St. John
    • Rib Boat Adventure -- St. Maarten
    • Mountain Top Rainforest Trek -- St. Maarten

I hope this helps you plan. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
