Hi Andi- About to do on line check in and confused about Preferred location which I paid for. I have called guest serv. and front desk and I have been given different answers and I need to ensure I am in the right location.. pls help.. thanks 10 sleeps :-)

    Hi, Juanita!

Oh, I hope I've caught you before you leave for your cruise! With all the excitement about the new Disney Dream and her sister ships going to new and exciting ports of call, I've been receiving and answering lots and lots of guests' questions.

I'm not sure which ship you'll be sailing on, but when you check in, you'll receive a stateroom number. You can then go to the Deck Plan for your particular ship -- simply click on your ship from the Ships & Activities Tab located at the top of the home page. From there, you'll click on the Deck Plan tab, and click on the Deck Number. When you scroll across the staterooms, you'll see the stateroom numbers, and you can find your specific stateroom to see if it's the category you requested.

I hope that helps you plan. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
