Hi, Nikki!
When I have prepaid my gratuities, I did it at the time of booking. However, if you've already booked, you can call 800-951-3532, and the Disney Cruise Line travel specialists can either guide you through the process online or by phone. If you're staying at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) the night before your cruise, I'm assuming you're talking about staying at the Hyatt Regency -- which should be able to give you information about how and when to claim your luggage by calling 407-825-1234. I've never stayed at the Hyatt there, but I do know they provide baggage claim services. You definitely want to claim your luggage the day before your cruise -- the Disney Cruise Line (DCL) ground transportation service only handles your luggage on your Embarkation Day. When you check in at the Hyatt, they'll give you complete instructions on when and where to present your luggage for DCL ground transportation, and your bags go straight to your stateroom on Embarkation Day. (You do not have to claim anything at the cruise port terminal.)
The
Atlantis Dolphin Cay Shallow Water Interaction is a perfect Port Adventure for a four-year-old who is comfortable in the water and who likes animals. Yet, you have to know that it's not a "swim with the dolphins" experience. In fact, because of the little ones' height, parents are frequently asked to hold their children in order for the dolphins to be able to get close to them in a suitable depth of water for them. I hope this helps you plan, and you know how to reach me if you think of other questions.
Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
