I see anaphylaxis to peanuts and nuts have been discussed, but the answer always says to speak to staff once you've boarded the cruise ship - I need absolute clarity before I even book my trip; how and where do I ask my specific questions??

    Hi Craig,

This is a very serious concern, so I'm glad you've asked!  I've always suggested mentioning it to the staff once onboard as a backup to notification the guest should give prior to sailing (including a medical form).  By the time you board, the staff will be well aware of the condition - but I think it's important to mention and discuss in person as well.

To discuss your specific concerns, I would contact the special services department at (407) 566-3500 for further information and guidance.

    I hope this helps!
